This is one of those so-called reality sites that is definitely faked with actors or else the whole lot of them would be in jail. The idea has a bit of a “nutty professor” element to it and you could say that it parodies itself. It is most suited for those who love big boobs and prefer their porn to have a bit of a comedic element.
There are over 55 videos on this site and each video features two guys who pose as doctors. They find busty girls and convince them that they need a breast exam. After luring her to their office (complete with skeleton and anatomy posters!) they then feel her up her up goodly with their hands and stethoscopes. After much “professional” examination and fondling the action becomes much more hardcore featuring anal, oral and two men on one woman sex acts. Some clips also feature a hot looking chick in a nurse’s uniform that gets in on the action so there is quite a bit of cunnilingus and other forms of lesbian foreplay in these clips.
Of course the lure of this fantasy is obvious.
